I opened Première Pression Provence olive oil bought last year in the trip。
I was surprised its design of pourer not only for its great taste. It is well designed. Because it realize both ease to pour and stacking without dead space.
French people has great ability to design something as beautiful. I always impressive even if sometime it is difficult to know how to use or cause trouble...
旧バンダイナムコ未来研究所の解体
既に新本社ビルへ移転したBANDAI NAMCOさんが以前まで入っていた旧バンダイナムコ未来研究所ビルの解体が始まっています。
今はエントランスのあたりを解体しているようです。 次はどこが入るのかな。
Sen-nen-sa-kan Dorarosso has been closed their restaurant at Shirokanedai and will move to Ginza
Dora Rosso 千年茶館 has been closed their restaurant at Shirokanedai. They will move to Ginza.
They are loved by local residents long time. Interestingly, their interior is completely Chinese tee room. But food menu is Italian.
According to the staff, after they will move to Ginza, keep this interior concept, too.

Wrong design steering wheel and foot pedal for car driving
I saw the news there are a lot of car accidents are happened by miss to pedal gas and brake pedal.

I don't know how many time I saw this kind of news. The article is conclude by the police officer's comment "take care always for driving". But I think it caused by the wrong design of steering wheel and pedals.
It is easily to cause mistake to select pedal gas or brake by foot which are not able to see. And it cause driver to panic when he/she miss to pedal gas instead brake pedal and then they much more push gas pedal strongly as pedaling to metal!
In my opinion, it is wrong to drive a car by steering wheel and foot pedals.
How about to use bicycle handle and pedals?
That is to say when a driver pedaling forward with gear is also into forward, cars moves to forward. And when pedaling backward with gear is also into backward for a car move backward.
Needless to say it is impossible to move a car by human power. So fly by wire is used. Just signal is sent to controlling engine when pedaling. Handle is also same to change angle of tires.
Additionally, we can design to work brake when pedaling backward during car is going to forward like bicycle's coaster brake.
It would sounds really silly idea. But power steering and fly by wire technology has been available. So it is possible.
Car driving automation still have a lot of technology gap. But above idea can be realized by current technology. It can drastically reduce miss pedaling and drowsy driving accident (and bicycle pedaling would be good for our health). Why we don't change?
Connetable Sardines
I ate CONNETABLE oil sardines which I bought during trip in France.
Lemonade taste is very delicious and fit with wine. I would like to eat it much more but it's quite expensive in Japan if I would buy it from Japanese importers.
Cherry Blossom and Pulm at Happou-en
I visited Happou-en to see cherry and plum. Kawazu-cherry blossum out very earlier than other cherry. So I could see cherry and plum plossum at same time.
